How Do We Do It?

48 Hour Passport couriers and agents hold scheduled appointments at U.S. Passport Agencies. Our couriers hand-carry your application materials to the counter each morning so government officials can review your documents promptly. If everything is in order, they accept the materials and process your passport, providing a pickup slip for the new passport later that day or the next.

If any of your application materials are incomplete, our courier notifies the 48 Hour Passport team within about an hour of submitting your documents. We then contact you right away to explain what’s missing and guide you through resolving it immediately.
