How Do We Do It?

Our couriers hand-carry your passport application materials to the counter by 10 am each day, allowing government officials to review your documents promptly. If everything is in order, they will accept the materials and process your passport, providing our courier with a pickup slip for the new passport later that day or the next day.
If any of your application materials are incomplete, our courier will notify Legal Passport headquarters within an hour of submitting your documents. We will then contact you within that same hour to inform you of the missing materials and guide you on rectifying the situation immediately.
